Who we are

This site is operated by La Ultra - The High and Dr. Rajat Chauhan ("we", "us"). We are the data fiduciary responsible for the personal data you share with us. You can reach us any time at info@laultra.in.

What we collect

We only collect what we need for the purpose you contacted us about:

  • Contact / enquiry form: your name, email address, phone number (if you provide it), and the message you send us.
  • MoveMint Women intro registration: your name, age, city, phone, email, and your answers to a short questionnaire about your movement, wellbeing, and what you'd like to work on, plus your session-time preference.
  • Payment: when you reserve a seat, your payment is processed by Razorpay. We do not see or store your card, UPI, or bank details: Razorpay handles those directly.

Why we use it

We use your data only to:

  • Respond to your enquiry or message.
  • Plan and deliver the MoveMint Women intro session and assess whether the programme is right for you.
  • Process your payment and send you your session details.

We do not use your data for advertising, and we do not sell it to anyone.

Your consent

We collect and use your personal data based on your consent, which you give when you tick the consent box and submit a form. You can withdraw your consent at any time by emailing info@laultra.in; withdrawing consent will not affect anything we did lawfully before you withdrew it.

Who we share it with

We share data only with service providers who help us run this service, and only so they can do that job:

  • Razorpay, to process payments.
  • Google (Sheets / Apps Script), to securely store form responses.
  • Resend, to email us a notification of your submission.
  • Vercel, to host the website.

These providers act on our instructions. We do not share your data with anyone else unless the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep your data only as long as we need it for the purpose above, and no longer than 24 months after your last interaction with us, unless a longer period is required by law. You can ask us to delete it sooner at any time.

Your rights

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.
  • Ask us to correct or update it.
  • Ask us to erase it.
  • Withdraw your consent.
  • Nominate someone to exercise these rights on your behalf.

Grievances

If you have a concern about how we handle your data, please write to us first at info@laultra.in. If you are not satisfied with our response, you have the right to complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

How we protect your data

Your data is sent over encrypted (HTTPS) connections and stored with access restricted to Dr. Rajat Chauhan and the La Ultra team. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information and will notify you and the authorities if a breach ever affects your data.

Children

This service is intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has shared data with us, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this notice

We may update this notice from time to time. The 'last updated' date at the top will always show the latest version.
